The “Passivhaus in Practice” initiative aims to promote the wider adoption of environmentally friendly construction to help reduce the sector’s carbon footprint, in line with Scotland’s national net-zero emissions targets.
Construction Scotland Innovation Centre (CSIC) has launched the initiative to train construction sector professionals in Passivhaus standards which is a proven approach to the design and construction of highly energy efficient buildings.  Development of these online modules will be part of the CSIC offering funded training opportunities to boost skills in Passivhaus energy standards.
