This module is designed to provide the learner with a good working knowledge of Carbon Accounting through a combination of interactive learning and helpful real-world examples. The module will cover four main themes – Overview of Carbon Accounting; Risks, Barriers, Challenges, Driver and Opportunities; the link between Carbon Accounting and Sustainable/Net Zero Construction and the Need to Transition on Construction projects. The themes will be accompanied by an assessment and interactive workshop.
